Proof of Sats (raresatscards.com) is operated by Symbole Network, a company registered in France. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.
01 — Data We Collect
On this waitlist page, we collect only one piece of personal data:
- —Email address, provided voluntarily when you subscribe to our launch notification list.
We also record the date and time of your subscription, and your explicit consent. We do not collect names, payment data, or any other personal information at this stage.
02 — Purpose & Legal Basis
Your email is collected for one purpose only: to notify you when the Proof of Sats boutique opens and to send you pre-launch information.
The legal basis for this processing is your freely given, explicit consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a), recorded at the time of subscription via the checkbox on our form.
03 — Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU). Access is restricted and protected. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party, advertiser, or partner.
04 — Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose described above, or until you withdraw your consent. If the Proof of Sats project does not launch within 24 months of your subscription, your data will be deleted.
05 — Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- —Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- —Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
